The Ultuna helmet (vendel helmet)

Replica of the vendel helm that was excavated from the tombs in Ultuna, Uppland, Sweden.

The helmet dated to Vendel/Viking age, approx 650 AD.
The replica is hand made of carbon steel in which the upper layer's surface is covered with dark skin. The helmets top edge is decorated with brass.
